New West worked with interior design firm ColorView Design on updating this 2003 build. The renovations included updates to the movie theatre, adding a full stand behind bar to the recreation room, updating the kitchen appliances and countertops, extensive lighting and AV additions throughout the home as well as adding a 1,000 ft^2 addition with a two car garage and home gym. Exterior additions were a heated patio equipped with a hot tub and large BBQ grill station.

30 Elk Track

Taking a traditional 80’s townhome in the heart of Beaver Creek to a whole new level of chic was the goal of this major, down-to-the-studs renovation. The result speaks for itself: This 4 bed, 6 bath, 3,800 sq foot townhome was a success, thanks to the collaboration between New West, architects KA Designworks, and interior design firm ColorView design. Finishes include marble and stone throughout, a mono stringer staircase to all levels of the home, and a large great room/kitchen with a metal and stone surrounded fireplace for intimate entertaining.

Arizpe Residence

New West worked with architect Michael Shult and interior design firm ColorView Design on this traditional home renovation on Tiger Road just north of Breckenridge. It was originally completed in 2016, and the new owners completed the renovation in August 2021. Over 8,500 square feet in size, with 5 bedrooms and 9 baths plus a bunkroom, the home features stunning views of the Tenmile Range and is on the Swan River. The main house and detached carriage house are on a 3.5 acre property.

Ski Home Residence

The Gingrich rooftop patio project was much more than just an outdoor addition to an already beautiful home. It was designed to be an extension of the home itself and an invitation to enjoy the outdoors and some stunning views atop this Breckenridge home. This extensive New West Partners renovation project includes a full kitchen, living area and fire pit.
