BRECKENRIDGE— New West Partners, a premier builder and developer located in Breckenridge, Colorado, announced today the addition of partners Douglas Gurlea and Jason Rodon to its growing team of construction and development professionals.
"We have been experiencing tremendous growth since the day we opened our doors," said Alan Evans, founding partner. "We have been lucky to find brilliant business minds and professional trade experience in Doug and Jason."
Both Gurlea and Rodon come to New West with different yet complimentary skills intended to build on an already successful philosophy of putting strong client relationships at the forefront of each project they approach.
Gurlea, of Breckenridge, has spent several years rising through the ranks in the materials side of the industry, eventually becoming President and CEO of Devcon International, a construction materials operation in the US Virgin Islands. Rodon has lived in Breckenridge for several years, operating Trimworks an interior trim subcontractor. Rodon has worked with some of the best contractors and fine home builders in the area.
Gurlea found a natural fit with New West Partners. "When I met with Alan for the first time, I immediately knew we would be fast friends. Getting to see for myself how deeply he felt about working for his clients simply sealed the deal."
For his part, Rodon had worked with Alan for years. "The opportunity to join a growing team and take on a larger role in the business made this an easy decision," says Rodon.
The three have hit the ground running, already completing one of their signature projects for 2015 which will be showcased in this year's Parade of Homes.
