112 South Harris, Breckenridge Historic District

This four-bedroom, six-bathroom in-town home was completed in 2017 by New West Partners and was featured in the 2017 Parade of Homes. Built in downtown Breckenridge and within a few blocks of Main Street, this home boasts expansive views of Breckenridge Ski Resort along with a comfortable outdoor living space that includes a salt water hot tub, a fire pit, and grill.

The team at New West Partners worked with architect Michael Gallagher to preserve the structure’s landmark status and exterior character by carefully removing most of the original log siding and windows during construction so they could be used in the expanded home.

This home features 9-foot ceilings and a warm, vaulted ceiling great room with reclaimed barn wood and beams. Skip sawn white oak floors run throughout the home and complement modern Ledgestone gas fireplaces.

Top-of-the-line Thermador appliances complete the modern gourmet kitchen with wet bar, a large granite island, and custom-made cabinetry.

“We are delighted with the architectural design and outstanding quality of craftsmanship that went into this home. It combines historic character with modern conveniences while taking advantage of the mountain views and natural light.”
