New West worked with architect Michael Shult and ColorView Design on this traditional home renovation on Tiger Road just north of Breckenridge. It was originally completed in 2016, and the new owners completed the renovation in August 2021.

Over 8,500 square feet in size, with 5 bedrooms and 9 baths plus a bunkroom, the home features stunning views of the Tenmile Range and is on the Swan River. The main house and detached carriage house are on a 3.5 acre property.
