Allen-Guerra Architects worked closely with the Brown family to create a 5 bedroom, 7.5 bath mountain modern home that maximized the views of Mt. Sopris and took advantage of the prime location on the River Valley Ranch Golf Course in Carbondale.

The entry to this gorgeous 7,637 square foot home includes a 6’ fire feature. Inside, the home boasts a mono-stringer staircase with LED under-tread lighting and a massive primary bedroom wing with his and hers closets and bathroom areas. With the views and the adjacent golf course, the outdoors played a big role in the design with 12’ multi-slide doors opening the living area to the expansive patio with an outdoor shower, a linear fire feature, barbeque station, and large hot tub.

The lower level garage includes car lifts, and heating and domestic hot water is powered by a solar thermal system and photovoltaic.
